This notice describes how Nuramend handles information submitted through the public marketing website at www.nuramend.com. It does not replace any separate privacy terms that may apply to a customer’s Nuramend workspace or patient portal.

If you contact us, request a demo, or ask about pricing, we may receive your name, work email, organization, role, phone number, team size, and the message you submit.

How we use it

• Respond to sales, demo, partnership, and general inquiries.
• Understand which Nuramend products or workflows may be relevant to your organization.
• Protect the website against abuse and troubleshoot delivery issues.

Do not submit PHI

The public marketing website is not intended for patient care or medical records. Do not submit patient information, protected health information, clinical records, or other sensitive patient content through the contact form.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and protect our services. We do not sell website inquiry data. We may use service providers needed to host, secure, or deliver the website and communications.
